We are happy to cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order except under the terms of the Returns & Exchanges policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:
- The item you purchased is defective
- The item you purchased is incomplete
- We sent you wrong item
If you found your purchase defective, you have 30 days since Purchase to ask for a new one and we'll send it your way ASAP!
As for refunds, we usually work on a case-to-case basis, but here are our fundamental refund rules:
- Refunds can be issued up to 30 days after you ordered. Once this given time frame is over, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your items and will make your sale definite.
- We charge a minimal refund fee of $4.95 for all returns which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for all exchange requests.
- Shipping costs on your initial order are non-refundable. Once your item has been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!
- Stolen Orders: I is your responsibility to take delivery of orders. Neither the delivery company nor MagicGalaxy is responsible for a package being stolen after delivery to the address provided by you.
- Important Note: Discounted or promotional orders can't be refund or returned unless the product is:
- We sent you the wrong item
MagicGalaxy reserve the right to deny any return or refund request, in the event that the requested return or refund is invalid. If there’s anything wrong with your order, please allow us to make things right!
